Mill of Oil-The Mill of Mondújar is one of the jewels of our region, which still survives to show us the level of technological engineering in the oil transformation of these past centuries.
It has been restored in 2005 and opens its doors in 2006 to become a museum mill, which in addition to showing the specific devices of the oil, will house in its ships a series of exhibitions of different themes that will be changing throughout the year .
It is one of the two «tower mills» that exists in the region next to Acequias, but with the difference that, this one is totally restored. The wooden frame that possesses is perhaps one of its maximum treasures. It is composed of a series of wooden planks that interlaced and form the roof, joined by powerful beams that give the main ship a showy and impressive air. The mill has a beautiful patio where the olives were stored in boxes arrived from the field .
The current pavement is fully restored since the original was quite deteriorated. The old man was leaning toward the center to run the possible residue of the olive.
